How long will my stand be at the ShowYard?
For the duration of the specific event. After the event all content provided by you will be removed.
Can I make changes to my booth?
Yes, obviously if something is not to your liking please let us know and we'll try our best to sort out the issue.
What size booths are there?
For every event, there is a different configuration. Click apply to see what size you have to work with. Additionally, we offer a model, that is the size of the plot you will receive. Using this, you can build your booth, which we will insert into the ShowYard.
I don't want my booth anymore, can I remove it?
We do not offer refunds, but content removal is supported. When you are accepted into an expo, you are given separate communication with event managers.
How much do stands cost?
After clicking apply you're brought to a page which lists all info about the certain exhibition, which includes the plot size, event length, and the price for the certain booths.

Assumption of Risk and No Guarantee of Outcomes
By applying to participate in the EuroPurf ShowYard (the “Expo”; "Exhibition"), you acknowledge that your involvement is entirely at your own risk. EuroPurf makes no warranties or guarantees regarding increased sales, positive exposure, customer feedback, or any other outcome. You expressly agree that EuroPurf shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation.
Content Submission and Display Requirements
All content, products, and materials you submit for display at the ShowYard must adhere to the Roblox Terms of Service and any additional guidelines provided by EuroPurf. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with these standards.
Right to Remove Content Without Refund
EuroPurf reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to remove, modify, or disable any booth or content that is deemed inappropriate, in violation of the Roblox Terms of Service, or otherwise harmful to the community. In the event that your content is removed or altered, you understand and agree that no refund of any fees paid will be provided.
Participant Rights and Assistance
You have the right to request that your booth be modified or closed. However, any such request will not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
You have the right to report any other users whose booth or creation interferes with or harms your creation.
EuroPurf provides the necessary tools and support channels for you to ask for help or assistance regarding any concerns during the Expo.
By utilizing these rights and tools, you agree to abide by the procedures established by EuroPurf.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall EuroPurf be liable for any losses or damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, reputational harm, or other consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Expo.
Modifications and Termination
EuroPurf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the expo and these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the expo constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.
