Terms of Use for Celex Display Systems

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Celex Display Standard or Celex Display PRO systems (collectively referred to as "Celex Display Systems"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, download, or use the Celex Display Systems.

1. License Grant

Celex grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Celex Display Systems solely for your personal or commercial use within Roblox games. This license is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell or Redistribute: Resell, redistribute, or otherwise make the Celex Display Systems available to any third party, whether for free or for a fee.

• Modify for Resale: Modify the Celex Display Systems with the intent to resell or redistribute them.

• Unauthorized Use: Use the Celex Display Systems in any way that violates Roblox's Terms of Service or any applicable law.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Celex Display Systems, including but not limited to design, code, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Celex. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing, downloading, or using the Celex Display Systems.

4. Updates and Support

Celex may, from time to time, release updates or modifications to the Celex Display Systems. These updates may be made available to you at Celex's discretion. Celex is not obligated to provide any support, maintenance, or updates for the Celex Display Systems.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The Celex Display Systems are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Celex does not warrant that the Celex Display Systems will meet your requirements or that the operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Celex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Celex Display Systems, even if Celex has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Celex's total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the Celex Display Systems.

7. Termination

Celex reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Celex Display Systems at any time if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Celex Display Systems and destroy any copies in your possession.

8. Changes to Terms

Celex reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms. Your continued use of the Celex Display Systems after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Budapest Hungary, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
